Terms and Conditos

Delivery Schedule:         
If a delivery is attempted and we are unable to gain access to the facility or community, and we have multiple attempts to contact you, or if you have provided us with an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund or replace those meals. Please be sure to provide us with security codes, gate codes, and special instructions if you have not already done so.            

REMEMBER: Delivery time is Monday – Friday between 09:30 am and 05:30 pm
We cannot make special arrangements for a specific delivery time.   

If you live in a gated community, please make sure your guard gate, receptionist/doorman, or security guard is aware that Creative Cooking will be delivered to you to avoid having any interruptions during the middle of the night. Special delivery instructions or shipping addresses can be added to the order during checkout, or you can call us at (407) 951-7116 customer service to add notes to your order if you require special instructions that would be useful to our drivers.  

Order Issues or Discrepancies:
If you have an issue or discrepancy with your order (i.e., did not receive the order, missing/incorrect items, etc.), please contact us the same day of your delivery, so we can resolve the issue promptly. If you do not contact us by end of the day by 6:00 pm on your scheduled delivery date, unfortunately, we will not be able to correct the issue, credit, or refund the account.    

All your orders are fully processed at the time of check out, so there are no billing fees or similar besides your credit card information at the time of checking out.    

Food Allergies & Food Related Medical Conditions and Dislikes:      
If you have any life-threatening food allergies or medical conditions that are food related, we strongly recommend you discontinue service immediately. Creative Cooking, LLC will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed. We specify the ingredients used in each recipe to ensure you can understand what you are about to order.            

Refund Policy:     
All charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, there can be no exceptions because of the advanced planning necessary for meal production and delivery schedules. Once your payment has been processed, there are no refunds or credits. In some cases, after revising your written request or receiving your call, we will do our best to guarantee you are satisfied with your meals by providing you with a one-time new order at no cost.

Courtesy & Respect:

We choose to be kind and polite to one another. We don’t have to agree on everything, in fact, we believe that it’s beneficial to have varied views and perspectives. However, we encourage all users and members to be constructive and tactful when sharing their opinion or concerns. Everyone deserves to share their thoughts and ideas in our community if they are respectful toward others.

Thoughtful Language:

We choose to be mindful of how our words and tone might be understood. We’ve learned that written communication has the potential to be easily misinterpreted, especially by members from different cultures and backgrounds. For instance, sometimes sarcasm is not easily translated to other languages. If there’s a moment when someone says something that feels offensive, it’s very likely that they didn’t mean to upset anyone, and it was a misunderstanding or miscommunication. However, if you have felt hurt or offended by anything that’s been said by someone in the community, please feel free to speak with that person privately or contact someone on the Creative Cooking team for extra support.
